
Gado Gado
Peanut Butter Stir Fry
Servings 2 people
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Onions
- 100 g Cabbage Finely chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tub Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Crunch Peanut Butter
- 1 Large Carrot
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- Juice of one Lime
Instructions
Preparation
- Finely Chop the Onions
- Mince the Garlic Cloves
- Quarter the mushrooms
- Mix the Peanut butter with 80ml of boiling water and mix
Cooking
- Heat Olive Oil in a wok to a hot temperature
- Fry the sliced onions, moving often until colour starts to form
- Add the sliced cabbage and cook for a further few minutes
- Add the Garlic, Chilli, Mushrooms and 1 tsp of Soy sauce and continue to stir fry for 6 minutes
- Add the Peanut Butter sauce and mix through
- Squeeze in the juice of half a lime before serving
